Refund policy

30-day returns on ready-to-ship rugs. You can return any ready-to-ship rug within 30 days of delivery.

How to return: email contact@yassrugs.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We reply with the return address and instructions. Roll the rug (do not fold it), wrap it and ship it back with a tracked service.

Refunds: when the rug arrives in its original condition (unused, clean, free of pet hair, odors and stains), we refund the full price of the rug to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Costs: return shipping is paid by the customer. Import duties paid on the original shipment are not refundable because customs does not return them. If a rug arrives damaged or different from its listing, we pay all return costs and refund you in full; please send photos within 48 hours of delivery.

Custom rugs are woven to your measurements and cannot be returned. We send photos of every custom rug for your approval before it ships.
