Import duties and taxes
United States: we ship Delivered Duty Paid. US duties are included in our price, so nothing is collected at your door. Since 2025 the US no longer exempts small parcels from duties, and since July 24, 2026 an additional tariff applies to goods from Morocco; our US prices already account for this.
All other countries: import VAT, duties and carrier fees are not included and are collected by DHL before delivery. The amount depends on your country (for example, import VAT is around 20% in the UK and in most EU countries). Ask us before ordering and we will help you estimate it.

Custom rugs
A custom rug is woven after you order. Weaving takes about 4 to 6 weeks depending on size. We send you photos of the finished rug for approval before it ships.

We can ship to many other countries. Write to us with your country and the rug you like, and we will send you a quote.
