The United States, Canada, the UK, the EU, Switzerland, Norway, the Gulf countries, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Hong Kong. For other countries, write to us for a quote. See Shipping & Duties.
How much is shipping?
Free to the US. Elsewhere, a DHL Express rate based on the rug's weight, from $49 for a small rug to Europe. The exact rate appears at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Ready-to-ship rugs leave Morocco within 2 business days. DHL Express then takes about 3–7 business days to the US, 2–5 to Europe and the UK, and 4–8 to Australia and Asia. Custom rugs take about 4 to 6 weeks to weave first.
Will I pay import duties?
In the US, no: duties are included in the price. In other countries, import VAT and duties are not included and are collected by DHL before delivery.
Can I return a rug?
Yes, ready-to-ship rugs can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom rugs cannot be returned. See Returns.
Can I get a rug in a specific size?
Yes. We have rugs woven to your measurements and colors. See Custom Rugs.
Does the rug shed?
New wool rugs shed a little in the first weeks. It is normal and decreases quickly with regular vacuuming.
The rug smells of wool. Is that normal?
Yes. Natural wool has a light lanolin smell after shipping. Leave the rug unrolled in a ventilated room for a few days.
Can I see the rug on video before buying?

How do I care for my rug?
Vacuum without the beater bar, use a rug pad, rotate it every few months and blot spills with cold water. Full guide: Authenticity & Care.
