Harlequin Boujad Rug styled in a Moroccan home

Our story

Woven by the women
of our family

Four generations of hand-knotted Moroccan rugs, from Azilal to your home.

My story with Moroccan rugs began in the home where I grew up, surrounded by the warmth, colors and beautiful traditions of handmade weaving.

My grandmother, my mother and her friends would spend countless hours weaving rugs by hand, sharing stories, laughter and their love for this beautiful craft.

From grandmother to mother: the craft passed from hand to hand (illustration).

A tradition passed from hand to hand

This tradition goes back generations. My grandmother inherited the art of weaving from her own grandmother, whose roots were in the beautiful region of Azilal, in the High Atlas of Morocco.

Before she passed away, she entrusted this precious art to my mother, making sure the tradition would live on.

“Every rug tells a story, carries a piece of our history, and reflects the hands and hearts of the women who made it.”

Carrying the heritage forward

Today, I carry this heritage forward with pride, sharing the beauty of authentic Moroccan craftsmanship with the world.

Every rug is hand-knotted in natural wool, one knot at a time, by women weavers in Morocco. No two are ever the same.
